Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
At Marinopoulos (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your order or service. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling orders and services. By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Cancellation of Orders
2.1 Before Shipment or Delivery
You may cancel your order without any penalty within forty-eight (48) hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped or delivered. To cancel, please visit our Contact Page and provide your order details. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests made after this timeframe unless required by law.
2.2 After Shipment or Delivery
If the order has already been shipped or delivered, you may still request a cancellation, but a cancellation fee of five percent (5%) may apply to cover administrative and restocking costs. If you wish to return the item, please refer to our Refund and Dispute Policy for detailed instructions.
Note: Certain products may be exempt from cancellation or return as outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy.
3. Cancellation of Services
3.1 Scheduled Services
To cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the appointment or service date. Contact our service team through our Contact Page to request a cancellation. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of fifty dollars ($50) to cover administrative costs.
3.2 Ongoing Services or Subscriptions
Provide seven (7) days’ written notice to cancel ongoing services or subscriptions. Submit your cancellation request through our Contact Page or via your account dashboard on our website. Any fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
4. Refunds Upon Cancellation
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days using the original payment method, including payments made via Stripe. Please note that while we will process refunds promptly, your financial institution’s processing times may vary.
5. Changes to Orders or Services
If you need to make changes to your order or service after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Non-Cancellable Items and Services
Certain products and services cannot be cancelled once the order or service has commenced. These include customized or personalized products, digital downloads and subscriptions, items marked as “Final Sale,” and services already in progress.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
